Free cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
Moderate cancellation: Cancel 7 days or more before check-in to receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancel between 3 and 6 days before check-in to receive a 70% refund of the accommodation cost.
No refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
